This policy outlines the cancellation structures, subscription access parameters, and refund processes for Reviews24 services.

1. For Subscription Plans

Please review our rules regarding recurring billing and plan cancellations:

Final Sales: All subscription plan purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed.

Non-Transferable: Subscriptions are bound exclusively to the business location configured during onboarding. They cannot be transferred to alternative branches or operators.

Cancel Any Time: You hold the right to stop recurring payments at any point. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your paid billing period, with no partial refunds.

2. For Free Trials (₹1 Verification)

To activate your free trial and verify payment authenticity, a refundable authorization charge of ₹1 is placed on your card/UPI account:

This ₹1 verification is auto-refunded to your original source account when your trial period wraps up or if you opt to cancel before a premium billing cycle begins.

Refund Timeline: Processing timelines depend entirely on your bank and typically complete within 3 to 7 business days.
